16Gb Ram Android Phones Are Coming In 2020 Thanks To Faster More Advanced Lpddr5 Dram
The new 16GB RAM chips will deliver “the highest mobile memory performance and largest capacity to enable more consumers to enjoy the full benefits of 5G and AI features in next-generation smartphones”, says the Korean company. These 16GB chips are said to be “about 16 percent faster than the 12GB” chips found in 2020 Android flagship devices.
